Oak Point Nature Preserve
- Features: 800-acre nature preserve with 3.5 miles of slightly hilly paved biking, horse, and walking trails, 5 miles of wooded nature trails by Rowlett Creek, a lake for fishing and non-motorized water sports, a pavilion for rent, an outdoor amphitheater, and a zipline.
- Directions: East of I-75, follow Spring Creek Parkway and turn north on Jupiter Road, then east on Los Rios Blvd until you reach the parking lot.
- Tips: This preserve is less common than Plano's Arbor Hills Nature Preserve, so there are fewer people around. The biking trails connect to several of Plano's other bike trails (Bob Woodruff and Santa Fe). View a drone video here. The zipline is rather pricey.
